In Saint-Aubin, a known place for prunes and labeled "remarkable site of taste", Gilberte and Céline continue their profession of pruniculture at their Farm of Monredon. Specialized in direct sales, the owners propose their products in the farm's shop, where the prune is used in a thousand ways: covered in chocolate, filled with cream, put in alcohol or jam, not to mention used in ice creams and Céline's macarons! ... "L'Agenade", a sauce made of prunes, to accompany meats, is the specialty of the farm. Visits to the farm are possible all year round, on appointment. During the summer season, during the "Ripalhous" (farmers evenings) you can discover the dishes of the farm, in a festive atmosphere. Also discover the trail "Sul camin de la lèbre" and a rally "The prune family", accompanied by a little book.
