Olivier Buisine is an itinerant ‘bouilleur de cru’ (distiller), distilling from village to village during the cold season. In his shop, nestled in the historic centre of the Bastide of Monflanquin, he will be delighted to show you his range of home-made products: eaux de vie, liqueurs, aperitifs, prunes and cherries in eau de vie, etc.

Opening time

From October to May: shop open every Thursday morning (market day) from 9am to 12.30pm and by appointment.
May to September: shop open every day
