The cuisine: since 12 April 2019, your chef Anaïs Teynié, and your pastry chef Julien Auroux, at the Table de l'Europe, have been creating a cuisine of essentials that takes care to preserve the true flavour of fresh, local produce right through to the plate. Each dish reveals the authenticity of the product around which it is built. A unique culinary experience combining traditional and contemporary flavours....
The menu: a multi-ingredient menu, in tune with the cuisine in that it focuses exclusively on the products.
An initial shorter menu, in a lunchtime version, the Prélude menu, followed by a 3 or 4-course Signature menu, a 5-course Discovery menu and a 7-course Tasting menu served as a Carte Blanche.
Annual holiday from 1 January to 13 February 2025 inclusive
- Off-season, Wednesday evening to Sunday lunchtime, 12 noon to 2pm, 7pm to 9.30pm.
Closed on Sunday evenings, Mondays and Tuesdays.
- July and August, Tuesday evening to Sunday lunchtime, 12 noon to 2pm, 7pm to 9.30pm.

For young gourmets aged 12 and under, we offer a special menu for 18 euros, based on a starter, main course and dessert.
